Finishing Physical Therapy
Physical therapy is ending, but you're not sure how to turn what you've learned into a complete long-term fitness routine.
Ready to Exercise More Independently
You're ready for broader fitness goals, but could still benefit from individualized guidance and a thoughtful starting point.
Building Confidence
You want training that respects your history, current abilities, and applicable recommendations while helping you become more capable and confident.
IS THIS THE RIGHT NEXT STEP FOR YOU?
FROM PHYSICAL THERAPY TO INDEPENDENT FITNESS
Physical therapy and personal training serve two different purposes. Physical therapy addresses rehabilitation and medical needs. Personal training focuses on building broader long-term fitness once you're ready for exercise.

This can include strength, cardiovascular fitness, mobility, balance, confidence, and greater independence with exercise.

The goal isn't to keep you dependent on a trainer. It's to help build your skills and capacity to make fitness a sustainable part of your life.
WORKING WITH YOUR PHYSICAL THERAPIST
With your written permission, Reforged can communicate with your physical therapist and incorporate relevant exercise recommendations, goals, restrictions, and areas for continued development into your training.

Personal training does not change medical restrictions or replace physical therapy or medical care.
WHAT TRAINING CAN GROW INTO
Strength
Build full-body strength and muscle to support everyday life and personal goals.
Cardiovascular Fitness
Improve endurance and overall cardiovascular fitness at an appropriate pace.
Body Composition
Work toward fat loss, muscle gain, or body recomposition goals when those become priorities.
Recreation and New Goals
Progress towards recreational activities, sports, hobbies, or other physical goals that matter to you.
A DIFFERENT KIND OF STARTING POINT
We don't expect you to be 'gym ready' on day one. Training starts exactly where you are today—honoring your current ability, your level of confidence, and the specific recommendations of your healthcare providers.
We progress gradually, ensuring each step forward is solid before taking the next one.
CLEAR SCOPE OF PRACTICE
Personal training is about fitness and wellness coaching; it is not physical therapy or medical care. Michael does not diagnose or treat medical conditions or injuries. Healthcare-provider clearance may be required for training, and any new or worsening symptoms should be brought to the attention of a healthcare professional.
